I am here to help you through the good and bad. It is important for you to have a safe space to talk about your thoughts and feelings. I use a collaborative approach when developing meaningful relationships with clients. The most important part of the therapist-patient relationship is trust and honesty. I work hard to create a safe and open space for clients to express their feelings free of judgment.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I use several techniques to address specific client needs. I have over ten years of experience helping clients get through difficult times in their lives. I work with adults, families, couples, adolescents, and children. One of my goals with kids is to help give them the motivation and confidence to speak their minds and advocate for what they feel is right.
My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, and trauma. My overall goal is to give people support and space to have ongoing conversations about how to address and improve specific situations.
