I work with adults and adolescents who are struggling with issues related to identity and self esteem. I want to empower you and help you gain a better sense of self, understand your boundaries, broaden your perspective and improve your daily experience. In working together, we can address the makeup of your body, mind and soul and how they interact with one another. I believe that our minds and physical bodies are all a part of one system, which is also known as embodiment - how the mind influences the body and how the body influences our thoughts, emotions and intentions.
In our work we will not only explore the benefits of talk therapy but also explore the integration of mental health and physical health. My approach is holistic and I’m here to help you connect and take care of your whole self. This might include identifying and overcoming unhealthy patterns, challenging negative emotions and better stress management.
I became a therapist because I am passionate about empowering people. I want to help you tell your story, feel more in control and gain a better sense of self. My goal is to provide a therapeutic environment that helps you achieve your highest level of functioning. Together, we can create a beautiful, balanced life.
