Dr. Tim Vidale is the director of physical therapy at Washington Injury and Sports Performance Clinic. He is a specialist in sports orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation. Dr. Vidale has had years of experience both treating athletes and being an athlete himself. He was standout hurdler and decathlete on the Florida A&M University track and field team. Dr. Vidale has had experience treating athletes from an array of different sports including football, basketball, baseball, track and field, marathon running, soccer, volleyball, swimming, tennis, lacrosse, field hockey and bowling among others. Dr. Vidale (or Dr. V as many of his patients refer to him) provides the medical opinion and designs the rehabilitation programs for WISPC patients. His programs have successfully allowed athletes to continue to participate in or return to sport optimally and pain free.
