Welcome to Talkspace. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Master of Art from Loyola Marymount University. I work with a variety of theoretical perspectives; Solution Focus; Family Systems; and Narrative Theories. I enjoy creating and learning from the creative process. I have experience working with trauma; military; first responder; and performance issues. The most crucial element within therapy is the foundational relationship.
