I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. After seeing three other professionals who misdiagnosed me, she was the first to really see me — and she got it right from the start. Her insight, clarity, and understanding made all the difference.
She is incredibly professional, but also warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I’ve made more progress with her than I ever thought possible. She has helped me understand myself better, manage my symptoms, and actually start to feel like myself again.
If you’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified, but truly gifted at what they do, I can’t recommend her enough.

Valerie is amazing ! She doesn’t just give you the answers. She takes you down your own path and all of a sudden you have these aha moments. She is my savior for dealing with my grief from the sudden loss of my husband.
I cannot recommend her more highly to anyone dealing wirh life’s challenges.

Valerie is a great provider who is always willing to help. She knows when to push and knows when to back off. Especially if you have seen a mental health professional in the past. She builds on the work they have done. Valerie constantly gives you methods and different materials to read to help you through your journey.

Valerie is a real person who is non judgmental while helping navigate trauma. She applies real life techniques to teach and train our brains how to heal. She is understanding and patient. She is the same at every visit, always kind and supportive and knowledgeable.

Very caring and compassionate and looks at things on a different level meaning a personal approach, plus education knowledge. To truly be effective you have to have those 2 qualities meshed together. That’s why i would highly recommend her a trusted therapist.

I was super skeptical about therapy. Just the word made me cringe. Life happens as it normally does and “therapy“ brought me to Valarie. She’s wicked smart, patient, and kind. I’ve learned so much over the past two years with her. I’m glad I gave it a chance. If you’re thinking about it just do it, it really works.
