Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I have 6 years of experience working with clients who encounter concerns with grief, and substance use disorders as well as mental illness, anxiety, bipolar, depression, bipolar disorder, Illness Anxiety disorder (hypochondria), and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and recidivism. I appreciate working with individuals who realize they want to change the things that are making them not feel uncomfortable. Often, taking the first step can be difficult but you are here!
I work with individuals with substance use disorders by facilitating DUI/SUB Use groups as well as mental health. I enjoy working with clients to help them retain their motivation for change by utilizing Motivational Interviewing (MI).
If you are struggling with feeling like “YOU” please don’t hesitate to reach out. I am here to help.
Professional memberships include the CHI Sigma Iota Honor Society, the American Psychological Association, and the American Correctional Association.
Certifications include Substance use disorders, Psychological first aid, Trauma, Motivational Interviewing, and MRT for substance abuse through CCI.
