We live in a society full of challenges, and it’s important to prioritize what truly matters while letting go of what we cannot change. With my Master’s in Counseling from Fort Valley State University, I use a variety of approaches—including biocoustical wave therapy, EMDR, and traditional therapy—to find what works best for you. My goal is to help you overcome the ghosts of the past and bring you into the present so you can live fully today, not trapped by yesterday. I now offer telepsychiatry from my office, with appointments available within one week.
