Are you finding it difficult to leave the house? Do you notice yourself isolating at home for days or weeks at a time? If you are finding that everyday tasks are overwhelming you, it does not have to be that way.
My counseling services are designed to help people find self-acceptance, feel understood, and develop hope in the midst of the difficulties of life. During our sessions, I will provide practical tools and strategies on how to cope when life becomes unmanageable.
The core of my therapy practice comes from Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT.) This theory holds that most of our struggles in life are caused by self-defeating thoughts and feelings and that we can bring stability to our life by challenging the rationality of those feelings and replacing them with healthier, more productive beliefs.
