I offer culturally sensitive, trauma-informed psychotherapy to support folks. I help bring awareness, healing, and transformation in times of need, difficulties, and transitions. I have deep commitment and curiosity for my clients. Working with me, you'll find someone who is warm, open, spacious and engaged, and playful at times.
I approach the process of therapy as collaboration and exploration and bring tools and theories from different approaches such as psychodynamic, attachment theory, drama therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and somatic therapy. I am also trained and certified in a body-oriented approach for the resolution of chronic stress and trauma called Somatic Experiencing® (SE). SE techniques are simple and gentle yet I found it to be a powerful and transformative experience to feel more connected to your body, senses, and overall sense of regulation.
