Dr. Tinkle is friendly, funny and professional. He did a great job, and when he found that I had a cavity he offered to immediately take care of it instead of requiring me to come back for another appointment.

Dr. Aaron Tinkle is the best dentist I've ever been to! I've been looking for a good dentist for over 32 years! I've had a lot of dental work and Dr. Tinkle is outstanding in every aspect of dentistry especially the care he gives. He has great leadership because it's the culture of his office ~ everyone takes great care of me!

Dr. Aaron Tinkle has always called Oregon home. He grew up in Scappoose and graduated from Scappoose High school. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University Honors College at Oregon State University before earning his Doctorate at Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry. Before purchasing the practice on Belmont, Dr. Tinkle worked in Canby, Oregon, and SE Portland.
Dr. Tinkle is a third generation dentist whose grandfather, aunt, uncle, and wife all attended OHSU and practice in Portland. He has kept a part-time position as an associate clinical professor at OHSU since graduation. Dr. Tinkle frequently expands his dental knowledge by attending continuing education courses.
He is currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association, Multnomah Dental Society and the Graduate Chapter of Delta Sigma Delta dental fraternity.
Dr. Tinkle lives in Portland with his wife Amanda, son Isaac, dog Nora and cat Coral. When not solving the world's problems one cavity at a time, he enjoys running, cycling, college football and the Blazers.

Not only is Dr. Tinkle amazing, but his staff is absolutely helpful and pleasant even when coming in @ 8am for my root canal. I was recommended to Dr Tinkle by a coworker who said that she like Belmont Family Dentistry so much that she would hangout in the office as if it were her living room, and I agree. I felt completely @ home with them.
