I arrived for my appointment and was presented with a lengthy medical history form to complete. I did so and the hygienist set me up in a room (only partitions for walls). She then interrogated me about my health, which annoyed me. She then insisted popped a blood pressure band on my wrist. . I objected and asked why. She said she needed to treat the whole person. I told her my blood pressure was always normal and I just wanted my teeth cleaned! I'm afraid I caused a scene. I felt very uncomfortable and ended up leaving. She asked me if I wanted to meet the dentist before I left and I declined. Also, although I had provided the name of my previous dentist, they hadn't obtained my records! I left my previous dentist because they stopped accepting my Medicare insurance.

This was not what I hoped for my first visit and introduction to a new dental office. The pre-process went well and I received many reminders about the appointment and filled out all necessary information online. When I arrived the front desk was pleasant and I was met on time for my appt. The treatment I received from this point forward was where it changed. The dental hygienist, while pleasant enough, did not provide any explanation to what they were doing and were quite aggressive when surveying my teeth. The bedside manner was not as I would have hoped and it did not feel like a welcoming first experience. I was immediately recommended for a procedure that may be necessary, but the way it was communicated was an expectation versus a conversation. The meeting with the doctor was fine, but again, I did not feel as included in the conversation as the doctor discussed the recommendation with the hygienist. Overall, while we scheduled a follow up, I do not think I will continue here.

I was prepared to wait a bit since I arrived early, but I didn't wait much at all. The front-office staff and nurses were all friendly. Dr. John was very nice and professional, and clearly answered my questions and provided his reasoning for his responses as well. I had come for a consult/second opinion, and felt zero pressure to accept additional services, which I appreciated.

Moved back to the PNW this year and needed a dentist in my area; was very fortunate to find Dr. Park and his staff and we were able to see him the following day for cleaning and consultation. We were welcomed in, treated professionally and with an abundance of kindness and understanding. Can’t thank them all enough for the dignity and care we were treated with.

Dr. Parks is by far my favorite dentist I have ever seen! The whole staff are very nice and extremely efficient. I highly recommend to anyone, especially if you have had misgivings about dental work in the past. 10 out of 10!

Efficient and through. First visit x-rays, cleaning, and consultation all done in one hour with great professionalism and cleanliness. Dr. Park pulled up images of my problem teeth as well as X-rays and discussed each one with me and why he was recommending services for each case. He answered my many questions and I left with a referral and a prescription I'd asked for (oral surgeon for TMJ and toothpaste, respectively). Would recommend!

This was my 17-year-old's first visit to a new dentist all by himself. The staff were super friendly and amazing ahead of the appointment, making sure all of our insurance information was correct. My son loved Dr. Park who found a small cavity and filled it right away without having to reschedule for another time. 10/10 I'm sending all of my friends here!

This was hands down one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. My hygienist was so thorough and informative. She asked if I had any questions and answered all of them.
The office itself was very easy to find with plenty of parking. I liked the open format and the big windows. All of the staff were very friendly and personable. Very happy to call this my new dentist office for all my oral care needs!

Many dentists I've been to have up-sold me on every visit for toothbrushes, dental implants and unnecessary fillings. Dr Park and his staff are very sweet and honest. They acknowledge that a lot of dental practices sell service that are unnecessary. The spoke with me honestly about my x-rays, grinding wear and hygiene - offering reasonable, measured solutions. I feel very safe and heard there.

I am a new patient to Dr. Parks care. I I came for a dental cleaning in the morning and because of a cancellation I was able to get in that afternoon to fill cavities. Doctor Park was great at explaining why I needed cavities filled. He reviewed the photos of the old filling and current cavity and showed me the after pictures too. I appreciated this transparency. My teeth feel great after the dental work and dental cleaning. Going to the dentist is not my favorite, but Dr. Park did great in reassuring me and helping me through the tough parts. He was also quite efficient. Thanks, Dr. Park.

Dr Park is amazing. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and talented. I would trust him to do any kind of dental work. He did a really excellent job with an extraction and implant for me, and even some relatively minor oral surgery (as well as the usual standard dental procedures). I recommend him highly.
His staff members are welcoming and friendly, and highly efficient. It is ALMOST a pleasure to go to the dentist if you are lucky enough to be a patient at this practice.

I went to this dentist to have a second opinion about a crown recommended by another local office. I learned that the crown was unnecessary! Thank goodness.
