Dr. Afrin Mariyam graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was awarded her DMD. She had also completed dental studies in India, where she was awarded a degree in dental surgery [BDS].
Following her graduation, she moved to Atlanta, where she has continued to practice general dentistry in good standing. She is passionate about her work and loves working with children. Dr. Mariyam believes in providing up-to-date, efficient and timely dental services -- a fact she reinforces by participating in continuing education courses on an annual basis. In doing so, Dr. Mariyam is also able to stay proficient in the latest technologies in the dental arena. She maintains memberships in the following boards:

My son has been coming here since he was a little boy and this fall he will be going to high school. I work a lot during the week and the Saturday appointments are perfect for me. I really appreciate Dr. Mariyam and her staff for the many years of great care and service of my son’s dental needs. As a busy professional during the week, I love the convenience of the online check in. As a single parent, the reminders of his appointment via text and email has been an advantage for me. Awesome job to the wonderful staff at the front reception area. Highly organized and competent personnel from the front of the building and the same level of professionalism is always given from the dental chair.

The whole office is AMAZING!!! My daughter is not the best patient at all shes afraid of doctors in general and today we had a cleaning and she gave them a hard time but when the apointment was over she gave them a hug and said thank you to the Doctor and the staff. The whole staff is so friendly and polite even to mean patients like my daughter shes only 4years old. I recommend Kidental to eveyone i promise you they are the best!!! Right from the begining you feel like you are in good hands and they also see adults!!!
