About Dr. Sung-Yun Woo
Dr. Woo has been practicing in Georgia since 2007. He completed his undergraduate training at the State University at Stony Brook, earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry and Chemistry. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry. While in dental school, he participated in a general dentistry externship program at Brooklyn Hospital. Dr. Woo was the recipient of the Elliot Feinberg Scholarship in 2004 and the Lyonel S. Hildes Memorial Scholarship in 2006 for Outstanding Academic Achievement.
Dr. Woo emphasizes preventive dentistry and is committed to providing total dental care to his patients.

I scheduled an appointment over a tooth issue, then they called me asking me if I could come in sooner. That was great to get an earlier appointment. I didn't realize my problem was going to be resolved at this visit, that too was awesome. Left office with my tooth issue resolved. Super nice folks, nurturing and Dr. Woo has the best bed side manner ever, very calming, honest, knowledgeable and compassionate.

Most Highly Recommended! Excellent dentist, dental hygienist and front desk staff. I'm anxious and have dental phobia and I have never had a better experience having my teeth cleaned and cavities filled. Dr. Woo was recommended by a co-worker and the way she praised him made me excited to see him. It is hard for me to find a physician that is knowledgeable, personable & friendly. Dr Woo is always informative about what he’s going to do , or rather what needs to be done. If he preforms a procedure he shows you on camera exactly what he did and explains it too. Always impressed every time I’ve gone.
