Waived time and money. Paid co-payments for nothing. My wife called and scheduled basic tooth cleaning and his office assistant accepted the orders. After x-ray inspections, he rejected our orders simply and forced us to pay co-payments and then leave or pay higher prices for deep cleaning. Afterword, we went to another dentist. We paid less than half of his prices with more services there.

Dr. Naraghi and his office staff are very considerate of their patients time. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. My calls are always returned promptly and questions answered accurately. Dr. Naraghi is knowledgeable and accommodating, which is very important to me since I have a fear of going to the dentist. I highly recommend him.

Is a very pleasant and friendly guy! He always tries to make sure you're feeling okay during procedures and doesn't act condescending like some other dentists will. Service was also very fast - I was able to reschedule my appointment right before I had to go to work and I made it on time! In short, I highly recommend him.

Wait time during the procedure was very long. My visit took around 2 1/2 hours for extraction of the wisdom tooth. Other than that everything went very well.

They started my examination less than fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment - that was plenty good enough. The cleanliness of the office, both in waiting room and treatment rooms was impressive.
Dr. Naraghi did not recommend any services, which I thought was an example of honesty, since I know very little about dentistry, and I would have only had the doctor's recommendation. If he had recommended some work on my teeth, I would not have any way to know it was not necessary.
The office staff was friendly.

Very professional and kind dentist.
He made a partial for me last year and it fits better than any I have had. Also solved a mandibular problem by careful observation that my occasional ear pain was caused from an overbite that I have had my entire life.

He's is always so happy and makes you laugh, while being professional and thoughtful about your teeth's health. Every time I leave his office, my teeth feel fantastic! Making the appointment on ZocDoc was easy. CONFIRMING the appointment with the dentist office was not as easy. I confirmed with ZocDoc. Confirmed again on the phone. Then got another call the very next morning stating I hadn't confirmed...and the lady gave me an appointment time 30 mins after what both ZocDoc and the prior caller provided.
Sandy and Dr. Naraghi were great. I am terrified of doctors and I was very scared to be there at all. Sandy took fantastic care of my and Dr. Naraghi was kind, thorough, gentle and funny! I had some drilling done, and I would still say this was a good visit.
I am pretty sad that I have to go back and get-remolded, though, because of a shipping issue. This is inconvenient for me, and the molding process, while painless, was uncomfortable.
THIS plus the issues calling and confirming appointments are the reason I didn't give the dentist office 5 stars across the board.

My visit was pleasant. From the front care provider, greeters and the rest of the staff. They are very nice. When I asked for options, Dr. Naraghi gave me well informed options and discussed the PROS and CONS of each one.
Room for improvement: Not much to say. Maybe reassure me that all the "tools" are cleaned and disinfected.
Again the staff was awesome.

Recently I moved to Houston and needed to find a dentist for a cleaning and a crown. I found Dr. Naraghi's practice here on ZocDoc and gave it a try. It was a great experience from being treated kindly by the receptionist, the dental assistants and Dr. Naraghi himself. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the length of the cleaning and crown preparation which is why I gave 3 stars for the wait time. My cleaning and crown preparation took 3 hours which, in my opinion and experience going to the dentist, should have taken half of that time at the most. If you are not in a rush then I highly recommend Dr. Naraghi. He did a great job and I will be going back in two weeks to finish my crown.

I embarrassingly didn't have a dental exam in about 5 years. I went to Dr. Naraghi and his bedside manner was so warm and hospitable. He did not chastise me for waiting so long to come in to have my teeth cleaned. I enjoyed that he personally was the one to do my exam and clean my teeth rather than have an assistant do so like I have in the past. His office staff was also incredibly welcoming and kind, especially the front desk receptionist. I will continue to use him for the rest of my dental needs!

The office was clean, but it could use an update, or even a little paint to make it feel more inviting, but none of this mattered as much because the staff and the Doctor were extremely friendly and professional and that made me feel comfortable.
I had neglected to pull my wisdom teeth years ago which lead to a number of problems and Dr. Ahmed explained very clearly what I needed to do to get me back on track and in a healthy state.

I am leary of dentists, so I was in pain before going to Dr. Naraghi. Except for the usual paperwork, I was seen right away. The doc and his staff took as much time as necessary to explain to me what I needed done as well as other options. They were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Naraghi and his office.
