About Dr. Benjamin Golik
We utilize the latest state-of-the-art technology for dental cleanings, including high-end ultrasonic devices and the newest laser treatments for optimal results. We offer a 10-year warranty on all crowns, ceramic, BPA-free Bis-GMA-free fillings, and veneer work with continued routine cleaning and maintenance. Our implants are placed by a dental implant specialist (periodontist) using high-end Straumann/Neodent implants.
With over 4,000 5-star Google reviews, we use FDA-approved AI technology to detect cavities with high precision. We are a BPA-free filling dentist, open on Saturdays, and use state-of-the-art low-radiation X-ray technology. We are also an FDA-approved VIVOS snoring and sleep apnea treatment certified provider. The people at the front desk were unprofessional. I had made many calls to ask had the request my dental X-ray and even after 4 phone calls to one had done the request. I will not be going to a dental office that can not even do the simple thing!

waited for 2 hours then each person came in saying they are about to close. appointment was at 3:30, arrived on time, they close at 5. By the time anyone saw me they all rushed and talked about closing. Someone came in and said i’ll walk you out. I told her i didn’t get anything done yet. They tried to reschedule me and I said I will not be coming back. Left work early and wasted two hours of my day. The person who came and took pictures of my teeth was very nice. Other than that 0/10.

The wait time is long. The dentist who treated me isn't the same one I booked, nor is the one they reassigned me to. After I booked, they called me back to reschedule for another time, and they changed the dentist without letting me know. In the end, I ended up being seen by a different person, whose name I don't know. If you want to be seen by a random person and don't mind waiting, this is the perfect place. It's important to me to choose the person who will treat me; I've had bad experiences in the past.

The second time it took a little longer due to the office being busy. The office is located right off main, has a parking garage (office will validate parking). Dental hygienist Fernanda is the best I have experienced in all my 15+ years in Houston area! The first time patient process was stressful & a bit unorganized, honestly. I was overwhelmed by the number of text messages that were forwarded regarding the appointment reminder & new patient paperwork (did not receive until 1 hour before appointment time). After checking in & x-rays, I had the absolute best experience with Urbn Dental.
Misty & Dr. Malik[sp?(was not seen by Dr. Golik)] were great. Misty & Tatiana single-handedly saved the Urbn experience for me. Both ladies were so kind, knowledgeable & provided the absolute BEST dental customer service I’ve ever encountered. Thank you both so much for making my visit enjoyable!!

Went in, waited about 2 minutes. Was greeted by Sharon’s I, she was the best part for me. She definitely has the skills to make you feel comfortable. Quentin was very friendly ended up booking a cleaning with him the next day. The cleaning was great. Ben, the dentist was great he gave me a lot of options and created a treatment plan. Couldn’t be happier. Very state of the art equipment, had me thinking wow I found the right one!

I utilized ZocDoc for an immediate fix to a broken retainer that was irritating and painful. While I expressed that the goal of the appointment was a quick fix and that I was on a time constraint due to work, the doctor tried to oversell me on getting xrays, a new retainer, and many other services I have never once been sold by a dentist. After continuously repeating that I didn't have time for these services and needed a quick fix for my retainer, the admins came in with a price sheet totaling multiple thousands of dollars after insurance. I repeated that I simply needed my retainer glued back to my tooth, and after an hour in the chair, they did it in 5 minutes and let me go.
