Being from Europe / Germany I was shocked with the treatment I received here when visiting other doctors (dermatologist, General doc, OB) . I experienced always a very very long waiting time, no empathy from doctors at all, and in 2 cases simply wrong treatment. (I have 2 docs in my family so I always double check with them)
HOWEVER Dr. Berdan is the opposite, his praxis is nice, staff is friendly and professional and there was less than 5 minutes waiting time on each of my visits. He is very professional and thorough and I feel in very good hands for the first time with a doctor here. Highly recommend.

Would recommend to new patients looking for a dentist who will take time with your appointment and explain what you need to do to maintain the health of your teeth!

Dr. Berdan is incredibly kind, honest, and willing to work with you in regards to your needs, and never pushes services on you. His office as a whole is great about requesting insurance quotes, giving you maximum no-interest periods on Care Credit, and just generally keeping you as well-informed as possible.

Dr. Berdan is fantastic! He is by far the best dentist I've been to. He is very thoughtful and meticulous, but at the same time he has a gentle bedside manner that puts me at ease. I've gone to him for dental cleanings and to remove my wisdom teeth. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the future.

This is my second time visiting Dr. Berdan's office, and he is by far the best dentist I've been to in my adult life. He is warm, friendly, and transparent about what he's doing and why he is doing it. There is a large screen in the room so that you can see your own x-rays, and he gladly explains why he favors a particular procedure.
His dental hygienists and the receptionist are also friendly and sociable, and the office is clean and bright. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Berdan. Will be visiting him again in a couple of months.

Excellent! I feel in very good hands there. He really wants to give the best treatment for the individual patient rather than just maximising his earnings by selling unnecessary treatments or procedures. - my brother in law is a dentist too so I was happy when Dr Berdan recommended he same things as he did. When I visited other doctors they recommend treatments for me which I don't need and it was clearly just to max their earning. Very happy I found not only a very skilled but also an ethical doctor!

This was my second visit and I'm so glad to be back. Going somewhere else was a complete mistake. Both Dr. Berdan and Dr. Concepcion was very thorough. They answered all my questions and confirmed if I understood everything. They were polite/gentle. My fiance sees Dr. Kim and he's completely satisfied as well.

Wow, what a fantastic experience! I usually do not like to go to the dentist but Dr. Berdan is so knowledgeable and made my treatment in the office so pleasant. They are really focused on painless dentistry and patient comfort. I had a filling done and checkup and cleaning. His entire team is warm, efficient and professional.
