I thought everyone in Dr Soon's Office was cordial and friendly. I had a very difficult dental problem and when I was choose the plan I wanted,,,it is usually a 6 week timeline. I told them that I had a High School Reunion in 4 weeks and they were nice enough to fast track me. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE IN YOUR OFFICE!!

I didn't see Dr. Song much (about 5 min), but was worked on mainly by one of the hygienist. He was very friendly! I only waited about 15 minutes to be seen. I leaned a new flossing technique too!

First, I am ALWAYS amazed at how promptly and cheerfully each patient is acknowledged by staff. To me, this speaks volumes about the doctors, as staff's attitude is a direct reflection of their employer's attitude.
Secondly, this is a busy practice, yet each time I am there, I see each patient treated with respect, courtesy, friendliness and competency. I don't believe I have EVER heard a staff member ask a patient's name even once (much less repeatedly). Today, I was waiting for my husband to pick me up. The receptionist told me my husband just stopped in front of the building. How did she know he was picking me up or that the car was ours? Then, when he stepped into the waiting room, she even called HIM by name. AMAZING!

Fastest dentist ever, I have an extremely hard time getting numb very few dentists listen to this, not only did he listen and understand, I was almost instantly numb, less than five minutes, three teeth worked on, two need crowns, everything done in less the an hour...unbelievable.

The pre examination was thorough with various x rays of my teeth. Once Dr. Song entered the room and reviewed the x rays he was very deliberate in explaining the issues I had and the recommended resolution. I have several follow up appointments with him.

Great visit. Staff is very friendly and caring. Last visit was for a thee tooth extraction. This visit was the follow up. Office staff knows their job very well. Recommend them highly.
