Really quick, seamless visit. It was the first time a dentist in NYC didn’t try to sell me some ridiculous unnecessary teeth whitening or cosmetic service. No muss, no fuss and great experience.

Wow, they *really* put pressure on you to purchase more services, which made me really uncomfortable. The dental assistance spoke at me at length in a really roundabout way of pressuring me to get a laser teeth cleaning and fluoride. Would not recommend.

The assistant could have been a lot better. But Dr. Jackson was a refreshing change. I might go back just for the doctor, even though you don't get to see her until the end of your cleaning.

I will never forget my experience with this dentist. I left the office in tears which has NEVER happened to me before on any doctors/dentist visit. I love going to the dentist and having my teeth cleaned and on this visit i was supposed to have a small chip in my front teeth fixed. This doctor became so frustrated and rude with his incapability to fix a chip that many other dentists have fixed prior. When the receptionist saw me in tears, she apologized and gave me a free coupon for teeth whitening which i would never use because there was no way i was stepping back into this office. This is NYC, find yourself a better practice.

comically bad experience. have never seen a dentist that waltzed in and recommended a filling, followed by a brisk 5 minute cleaning that left me covered in water and polish. the entire experience was insulting

Hygenist was fine, the dentist (Daniel Stern) had poor bedside manner, was defensive about his own questions towards me (which i tried to answer), cared more about doing the procedure asap than addressing my concerns and questions about it. When i ultimately decided not to go through with the procedure due to lack of trust, his exit was curt. Staff and dentist tried to upsell me on various cosmetic procedures (which i understand, a business needs money to run) , but upsell vs genuine care for health felt unbalanced.

Overall great experience. Everyone on staff was super friendly and quick! The medical advice was soundly given. Zocdoc, however, signed me up for a timeslot that wasn't available on their schedule. They quickly accommodated me, however. I would recommend calling the office to book.

I had a quick and thorough experience with this office. Unlike what some of the other reviews suggest, I did not feel like I was being upsold any services. The hygienist did recommend that I get a fluoride treatment, but it was very much a suggestion and I did not feel pressured to purchase it. The receptionist, dentist and dental hygienist were all very professional and knowledgeable.

They sent me home and told me to brush better when I had a bacterial infection in my gums that needed to be treated. The hygienist was rougher than any I have seen in the past and was indifferent to my pain. The office was also very shabby and quite dated. I changed to a different dentist and now I am very happy.

It was actually pretty good and quick. I'm not a fan of dentists or their offices but this one was actually good. The ladies were very cordial and the dentist was so sweet. She was also delicate. I definitely would return.
