So great. I'm sad I didn't get names but the receptionist was so knowledgeable and helped me understand so many things about insurance policies and types. The hygienist was also incredible. She said she was a bit rough but her technique was very gentle. I asked to get anesthetic for the cleaning and I barely felt any of the needles go in. So fantastic

Dr Solovey was very impatient and agitated at me yelling and raising his hands in the air with much frustration blaming me for the crown that did not fit. He became very aggressive driving the needle through my gum three times to numb and remove the crown, causing excruciating initial pain. I was mortified. I cried through the entire procedure and he just continued roughly working. I will not recommend this dentist.

I didn’t really deal with Dr. Solovey so this rating is more about what I saw from him and my experience with the dental hygienist. First, the receptionist was great-she was friendly and patient with me when I couldn’t find my insurance card and got everything squared away. The woman who took my x-ray was sweet and patient. I did not like the way Dr. Solovey spoke to his staff. He was rude and unprofessional and chastised them in front of patients. I nearly walked out but knew I wouldn’t make another dental appointment elsewhere if I did. The hygienist was nice enough but she was so ridiculously rough with me. I told her I have a fear of dentists and asked her to be gentle. She laughed and said, “of course” and proceeded to give me the roughest deep cleaning I have ever experienced. She kept commenting on sensitive my gums are-which may be true, but I have had plenty of experiences where I wasn’t wincing every second. She just wasn’t very good at her job. She seemed like she was in a rush. There’s not reason why you can’t be both gentle and thorough. I came in because I thought I had a cavity but it was just discoloration if a filling. She recommended a deep cleaning and wanted to deal with the discoloration on my next visit. I told her I preferred to do it then since I was already there. She said I had been through enough and insisted it be dealt with when I came back. I had to argue with her and finally told her I wouldn’t be coming back so she had Dr. Solovey polish my tooth for about 5 seconds, which wasn’t at all painful, and it was done. That really bothers me. It was the worst dental appointment I’ve ever had. I will never go back.

Visit was fast and went smooth. Appt time was 2:30 I arrived at 2:25 and was seen immediately after I finished filling out the new patient forms and out by 3:05 that’s including an X-ray and cleaning...I have no complaints

The best thing about this practice is its administration. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment--they took me immediately, I had a cleaning and then a small procedure done, and I was out before my scheduled appointment time! I LOVE a practice that keeps its appointments timely! Dr. Solovey's bedside manner was fine. Nothing to write home about, but totally adequate. Nurses and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent experience.

It was okay, but it should have been made clear to me during my previous visit and extraction that a month had to elapse before approval for a crown could be gotten from my insurance carrier. Today was when Dr. Solovey said that he could make request for approval to do the work. Now, I discover that it will take another four weeks. That will be two months since the extraction.

He's a smoker so expect to have cigarette fingers in your mouth. I had to go back to replace a filling that fell out within three or four months of him putting it in. He also added some extra filling material to an unrelated upper tooth with no real explanation, and it was just a big blob of it, way too much for the tooth, and caused tremendous jaw pain. Never again.

I had to get a root kanal and was scared to death of the pain I was gonna go through before and after but thanks to Dr. Solovey the visit was easy and painless. Not to mention I was able to eat again with absolutely no pain in an hour.
