About Dr. Raysa Perez
Dr. Raysa Perez’s passion for dentistry began at just 17, when she worked as a dental assistant in her home country, the Dominican Republic. That same summer, her mother was badly injured in a car accident, leaving her confidence shaken. As her mother’s smile was restored through dental treatment, Dr. Perez saw firsthand the powerful impact dentistry can have—not only on teeth, but on lives. That experience inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others smile again, and she is particularly skilled in cosmetic dentistry, where she blends art and science to create beautiful, natural results.
In 2004, Dr. Perez proudly completed her dental program and began practicing alongside the very mentors who first encouraged her dream. Soon after, she moved to the United States to continue her journey. Adjusting to a new culture and language was not easy, but her determination never wavered. After passing the National Dental Boards, she was accepted to Columbia University, where she completed her residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.
Today, Dr. Perez is thrilled to be part of the caring team at Madison Dental Loft, where she combines her clinical expertise with genuine compassion for every patient she sees.
Outside the office, she loves spending time with her family and friends and is active in her church community. For Dr. Perez, dentistry is more than a career—it’s her calling, and she feels truly grateful to serve others by restoring health, confidence, and smiles.

I finally found my forever dentist! I love Dr. Perez. She’s so sweet, knowledgeable and kind. I knew what was going on the entire time I was there and she fully explained everything and why. Plus the entire staff is very welcoming and nice. Highly would recommend and I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

Dr Perez is absolutely the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to. She is kind, gentle and cares about her patients. I typically have so much anxiety but leaving her care I felt so much peace. I wasnt happy with my teeth but she gave me a detailed explanation of how we will fix my smile to perfection. I have all my appointments scheduled and I couldn’t be more happier. I would recommend anyone and everyone to be seen by her. Thank you so much Dr. Perez and Madison Dental Loft for your amazing care and hospitality. I found my forever dentist!
