These guys are horrible. The dentist that saw me, first of all, did not tell me his name at any point. I had no idea who was treating me and who to congratulate a good job for or who to blame if something went wrong. He poked my teeth very hard with a metal tool asking if it hurt. He shoved his fingers in my mouth and pushed hard on my gums asking if it hurt. OF COURSE IT HURTS! Afterwards, he told me the pain was actually from an infection and told me I needed a root canal. I kept refusing because I don't want a root canal. I had to refuse multiple times. He then sent me to their hygienist.
Their hygienist used a tool on me that caused my gums to bleed. Blood was flying EVERYWHERE and my face was soaked with it. After the hygienist was done, they handed me an iPad and made me watch an 11 minute long video on root canals BEFORE TALKING TO ME OR HANDING ME THE REFERRAL, PRESCRIPTION FOR MY INFECTION, OR XRAYS.
