I love the staff at Atlantic Dental, they have never surprised me with a crazy bill and there bed side manner is 100% genuine. Dr. Tamir and Dr. Paz do outstanding cosmetic dentistry as well tackling any other challenges placed in front of them.

The hygienist did an excellent procedure for me. She was very professional in the way she she interacted with me , always explaining what she was about to do. Her concern for my safety and comfort was evident because she made sure if I was okay. My husband and daughter had high praises for the hygienist. They told me too that she had gentle hands, no pain at all.

Wait time ridiculous (about two hours!) and little concern for that, not good. The staff was very friendly but they have internal communication problems that seem to elude attention. For months I have had problems communicating with the office and there doesn't seem to be much concern about that.

No a good idea to squeeze a patient between appointments. I had my appointment at two and was there at the exact time. They called me in 10, 15 minutes after. The reason for my visit was for a deep teeth cleaning and this was actually the second time since they divided in two sessions because of the anesthesia. The first time was amazingly fabulous, she took the time to clean my teeth. I could feel my teeth clean afterwards. The second time not so good. Beside calling me 10, 15 minutes after my appointment. By the time she prepared everything and waiting for the anesthesia to have the effect , by this time was already a little after 2:35. While waiting, I heard someone on the background saying that her patient the one was squeeze in was there already. Right after, I noticed when she started the cleaning she kind of rush to finish with me. She kind of went over my teeth but very fast. She did the cleaning may 20 minutes or less and told me to go back in a month for the polish. usually the polish is done right after. My teeth did not feel as clean as the first time I didn’t like it at all since I have no insurance and have to pay out pocket; and all of this because of the rush of getting another patient that it was squeezed in. Not a good idea.

Wow, this was my first time in to see this dentist. I filled up forms on line so I wouldn’t at the office. I walk in and here I am filling out forms again. My appointment was at 9 am I was called back for X-rays at 9:45 am. This took about ten minutes, then I was seated in a room waiting for the dentist. I waited about 1 1/2 final I was seen by the dentist. He was ok, took about five minutes with me. Than I was to wait for hygienist and get by scheduled for routine teeth cleaning. I waited and waiting on my third hour now. I couldn’t wait any longer, I got up and walk out.
I share with you my experience and tell you that I will never go back to visit this dentist as the services are very poor. I was put in a room and the assistant turn up some crap music and walk out.

Personally, I drive TWO HOURS from Palm Springs to Whittier to see this dentist. After much research, the prices are right and more importantly the customer service is excellent. I literally saved MORE money driving two hours (including gas) and his services then I would have if I used a local dentist in Palm Springs.

When I first arrived, the lobby was almost filled. I thought this was a good sign. The front desk team was so sweet and polite and explained the reason for the wait being that on Tuesdays they have a specialist there and stack the schedule. Once I got back to see the doctors I had 3 in the room. They were all so attentive and took so much time to talk to me about my treatment case. They really were candid and open about anything I wanted to know. They quickly followed up with amazing pricing and even offered a discount if I paid it all in full. They saved me over $7,000 from previous quotes at other dentists. I am so happy and so excited to have this work completed under their care and plan on referring them to anyone needing serious dental work.

It was very tedious I had to fill out paperwork again despite the fact I already filled out on Zocdoc. The receptionist says she was not seeing my online form. Then when I was done filling out she was able to locate it. It was very frustrating to see I told her that it was already filled out.

I made the decision to select a new dentist office and choose Dr. Tamir's office after much research. In addition, I liked how the office felt when I walked in and the staff was warm and accommodating. Yesterday (12/14/17) was my first appointment with the Hygienist and I was a bit nervous about the quality of her work. She assured me of her 20 years of qualifications putting me at ease. WOW - to my surprise I received the best cleaning of my entire life (71 yrs. old). She was very gentle and caring asking me how I was doing which took away any anxiety. Mandy is the best Hygienist anywhere!!!!!!!!!!

Wait times have exceeded one hour the last two times I have been seen. This last visit I waited one hour and 40 minutes for a 5 minute visit to remove sutures from my gum. Besides that, it was very professional.
