Appointment was made for 11am, I got there at 10:45am, signed in, wait 30-45mins until I WENT UP TO THEM to ask about any first time paper work, filled it out, only to wait another 30mins, it’s already 1 by the time I’m called, they do the exam slightly go over a bit, tell me to wait for them to check my insurance, wait another 1hr I HAVE TO GET UP and ask them what’s going on, “yea we’ll be with you in minute” come back another 20mins finally show up with some outrages numbers for stuff I have to no idea about. Overall WASTED 3 and a half hrs there

I really enjoyed my visit he gave me a great understanding of what can be done to address my pain and repair the damaged teeth . Also I like that there was no pressure of what so ever to get the job done I'm completely satisfied thank you Dr. Refaat

Dr. Refaat is amazing. I needed intensive gum work, him and his staff took the time to explain and feel comfortable. There was no wait time making me love it even more! I highly recomend coming here. Amazing, friendly staff.

Initially I was very scared to go to my dental appointment but there was nothing to fear. My dentist was great at making me comfortable, explaining my treatment, and making the experience painless! I am very happy with my dentist and I am recommending this dentist to all of my friends and family.
