I had mixed feeings. I'm going back to get work done because they seem like a straightforward practice but the building was cold the wait was almost 2 hours and the appointment was only five minutes long(the dentist spent 1 of those minutes laughing at my brushing habits). First impressions aren't everything though,right?

It was not good. I mean the staff was nice and everything was ok.
I just do not like to wait for 2 hour to get check up.
I feel bad to give this low review since everyone was nice.
I wish they told me when I walked in that I needed to wait for more than 2 hour to get check up done.

Although the dentist was satisfactory, the receptionists/customer service in the front office had us wait for more than 30 minutes. As a new customer, I filled out the form online but they still made me fill out the same form and did not seem to know the online form. Not the best experience for a civilian dentist visit. I do not recommend this dental facility nor I'm planning to get back for a followup appointment.
