So I arrived at my appointment and they told me I wasn’t in the system because I never received a confirmation. They asked me to go to H.Co on Telegraph.

I wasn't told before the visit that the doctor portion of the visit would be virtual. The X-rays and photos of my teeth were sent to the doctor and we spoke via an app on the phone before my teeth were cleaned.

I have an infection. I told them many times in advance that I'm committed to treatment but finances are tight so have to be aware. They quoted me thousands of dollars after insurance. When I asked my other options they said none. From the beginning they all agreed for my safety I needed antibiotics. Minutes after leaving, I got a text from the office telling me because I didn't book the treatment they wouldn't prescribe me antibiotics. Because I couldn't afford to commit to the treatment plan they have me as my only option, they thought it was ethical to let this infection spread through my body.

I wasn't with Dr Ngo but this practice is amazing. Everything was smooth and fabulous. Best experience ever with a dentist and oral surgeon; this is me saying that right after having my wisdom teeth pulled. Only downfall is finding parking in Berkeley.

Great! Refitting the mouth guard helped ensure it is useful and won't hurt my gums and teeth like the first time I got a mouth guard.
