The dental hygienist, Elizabeth, was really great and friendly. Dr. Klein was patient with all my questions and very thorough going through my X-rays and making sure she sees past records to give me the best possible advice and check-up. I’ll definitely be using her as my regular dentist!

Dr. Klein is amazing! I've spent years going from one bad dentist to the next. Every cleaning and checkup left me with a sore mouth and tears in my eyes. This is the first time I had a great cleaning and checkup without the pain and the aggravation. Like I said, Dr. Klein is amazing. She takes her time, and explains everything. And she is more than happy to answer questions. Why can't all dentists be like her?

The entire staff was friendly and knowledgable! My previous experience with a dentist in New York was TERRIBLE, so I was extremely hesitant and very very pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this dentist to ANYONE.

I had to wait a little over 30 minutes but Dr. Klein was very apologetic and asked if i was ok with waiting. She is very gentle and does a great job explaining what is going on. Dr. Klein does it all and i like that. Its a small office and therefore she is aware of everything that is happening in the office.

I emailed her my previous X-ray results and she reviewed and compared with more recent ones and decided I had a small cavity. I'm happy she reviewed so closely and spotted the cavity early.
She reviewed my options with regards to what my healthcare covered so I would know what I would be charged upfront for check up, cleaning, X-rays...which is helpful. I have made appointment for filling and hope things continue to go so smoothly.
She does have electronic X-rays.... Most places do now. She does not use the blue light for cancer screening in the mouth, but did seem to look carefully at health of gums and mouth.

This was my second visit with Dr Klein and she is great - very pleasant and attentive. The only drawback was that my early morning appointment was 35 minutes behind schedule.

I thought Alison was very thorough, and she did a great job of letting me know what she was doing every step of the way.
I strongly dislike the powered tool that dentists use to clean the plague from your teeth, but I can't seem to find one in NYC that doesn't use them. That said, it was best of the bad experiences I've had so far so I will be coming back.

Dr Klein was very thorough and pleasant. The receptionists/assistants, however, could use more training because they kept coming in every few minutes throughout my appointment to ask the doctor administrative questions, which was somewhat disruptive.
