I have some anxiety about visiting dentists/getting my teeth checked out. Dr. Ami Desai and her team were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly to me, made sure I understood everything and welcomed questions about anything that was bothering me. I definitely felt comfortable bringing up concerns and had my concerns taken seriously. Would recommend her!!

The office is extremely clean & staff is friendly, clear communicators & extremely kind. I was very open about my nerves and anxiety around dental visits and they were extremely understanding & took care to make sure I was comfortable. My appointment was at 3:00 pm and Dr Desai came to see me at 4:00 pm, my husband had the appointment at 4:00 the same day they sent him back and schedule another appointment only because they were closing their office. Dr desai is not friendly at all, she also put numbing swab in my nose because she was in rush. She should not schedule so many patients at a time if she could not give them proper time. Never going there again.

I am beyond grateful that I was referred to Dr. Desai. This was my first visit. Everyone from my initial point of contact with Janai, was extremely, friendly, professional, and considerate. The office was very clean taking proper health and safety protocols. Kelsey the Hygenist--Best Hygenist ever! Very thorough and great communicator, listening and explaining my overall oral health condition and providing recommendations to maintain and improve gum and teeth health.. By far the best Hygenist I've ever had and I'm 76yrs old.
Dr. Desai is wonderful. Very personable, and professional, also a great communicator. I never felt rushed and left the office feeling very confident and valued. The staff very knowledgable, considerate and efficient providing insurance coverage information.

Visit was really great. Hygienist carried out all the required procedures like taking x-rays, explained a lot about dental health, about the state of my gums, and the best techniques to prevent cavity and plague. Dr. Desai visited only for few mins to explain about the cavity and the treatment. But though this appointment was for dental cleaning, the cleaning procedure was not done during the visit.

After 2 years of putting off some much needed dental work, I finally made an appointment with Dr. Desai. Last Saturday into Sunday I could not sleep because the pain was unbearable. I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Desai for Sunday afternoon. YES, A SUNDAY! Devee called on Sunday around noon to confirm my appointment and when I told her I was having severe tooth pain and was fearful of a bad infection she told me to come in right away. I arrived and went straight into a chair, after my examinations I was numbed and scheduled for a root canal for the following day. Yesterday I had my procedure and so far I haven't felt any pain. I'm so grateful for this dental office. They are all so professional and detailed in explaining everything. I would recommend this office to anyone. I, especially, anticipate going back to continue all my dental work. Thank you all!

I scheduled an emergency visit for an intense jaw click and was given no relief what so ever. They “created” a plan to assist with other issues they discovered at the visit and never even gave me the courtesy of a follow up call to schedule the next appointment to start treatment.

I highly recommend Ami Desai for all your dental needs. Both Ami Desai and the entire staff are outstanding. Attention to detail, high communication, and they easily lay out treatment options and pricing based on your insurance.
Moreover the team outlined options for me to save money AND visits by combining services that made sense on the same visit. I was easily able to extend my appointment and maximize my benefit to accomplish a lot of work all in one day.
Dr. Desai always communicated what she was doing or was about to do next as she worked. The staff work hand in hand like clockwork with a light and pleasant banter between them like old friends. It is easy to tell they all like working with each other.

Great Experience! My kids loved this doctors office, staff and teeth cleaning. My husband immediately noticed the difference when we arrived home. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. I live in Loganville and the office is 45 minutes from me but it is well worth the drive. So much so that my husband and I have an appointment next week.
