Amy and her entire staff are so great! They were so nice and made me feel totally comfortable. Didn't once make me feel bad for not having regular dentist appointments, but instead talked me through a plan to get me back on track. Would recommend to everyone.

Receptionist, Dental Hygienist and the dentist .. They were all great. Very friendly and professional, quick and efficient. There was no wait time at all. I and my 2 years old daughter really enjoyed the visit.

Dr. Amy Ton is a northern Virginia native, who has grown up in this area her entire life. Dr. Ton graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a minor in Spanish. She then completed a special science post-baccalaureate program at The University of Pennsylvania before receiving her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland Dental School. As an advocate of lifelong learning, Dr. Ton enhanced her education and skills by completing two additional years of a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York. As a chief resident, she treated more advanced cases in many aspects of general dentistry. Dr. Ton is Invisalign-certified and is credentialed to provide oral conscious sedation to patients. Dr. Ton actively attends continuing education courses to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry.
Dr. Ton’s hobbies include spending time with family and friends, arts and crafts, and music. She has also actively dedicated herself to various humanitarian causes for over the past decade, and continues to give back to her community by volunteering her time at dental clinics and multiple service events every year.
Dr. Ton cares deeply about her patients, and passionately provides exceptional and gentle dental care in a warm, comfortable, and personal environment. Her impeccable integrity, comprehensive approach to dentistry, and down-to-earth personality has earned her the trust and loyalty of many patients with whom she has had the pleasure and honor of working. Dr. Ton is young, fun & knowledgeable. You can tell she enjoys what she does. Great office staff. I was a little disappointed that my appointment was at 2pm and when I arrived my online paperwork didn't go through so I had to fill it out again. No problem, because I arrived early. But it was quiet and everyone seemed to be at lunch. I did not get into the chair until after 2:15pm. Again, not a big deal but the tech arrived back from lunch at 2. I would just suggest they not make appointments to start right when everyone returns back from lunch. But it was a good, quick appointment and I will likely be back for regular cleaning, etc.

First appointment for my daughter was wonderful! Everyone, from the reception staff, to Chris the hygenist to Dr. Tan, was warm, friendly & professional. Would definitely recommend Sunrise Dental!!

My experience today was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was treated for sensitivity and felt immediate results after a simple procedure. I had never been offered this procedure by previous dentists. I will definitely stay with this practice!
