One of the receptionists was wonderfully nice, the other was very rude and curt. Once the appointment started, the assistant doing the X-rays injured my mouth during the process and ignored me for long periods while gossiping in another language to her coworkers. Following the X-rays, I was examined by a friendly hygienist and told they would be in shortly to do the cleaning. I was left alone in my room for 30+ minutes before I decided to leave, only to find the staff in the break room eating instead of caring for me and the other patient in the office at that time. I would not recommend this office, despite Dr Hernandez being somewhat kind in the 2 minutes that she reviewed my X-rays and spoke to me.
