The dentist was trying to sell me Invisalign. It's odd to go for a teeth cleaning and ended up having sales pitch conversations. Front desk lady told me that she has had it recently and recommended me to get Invisligh as well. I feel this visit is more about Invisalign than anything else.

The dentist himself was great!!..but his assistant who "cleaned" my teeth she was so rough and she talk to you through everything she is doing to me, she just went ahead and did it what she had to do and then she didn't clean my teeth properly it literally take her 30 seconds and she says she's done.

The staff was very friendly and professional- the dentist and assistants explain everything thing that they were doing and this made me feel very relaxed. I am definitely going back. Service was amazing and my smile looks great!

Where do I start? I was first greeted by Gabriella the friendly woman you meet as you enter the facility she greeds you with a smile and kind words. She listens to your problem and assures you everything will be fine as she schedules you to see the doctor.
Next I saw Maria the dental technician, she sat me on the chair took X-rays of my teeth and was just as quick to assure me that everything would be fine. (my front tooth was broken at the root and I was in extreme pain.)
I felt like I’ve been going to them for years even though this was the first time I had been there.
Soon after that I saw Dr. Anatoly. He took his time with me even though there was a line of clients on the waiting room. He thoroughly explained treatment options and sent me for a cat scan for a more acutely prognosis. The very next day the office called me to go back and the doctor started working on my tooth. Both Dr. Anatoly and Maria stayed there far after their office hours to take care of my tooth, alleviate my pain-and make me look presentable again.
As a new patient, all I can say is a big THANK YOU.
No other dentist has ever explained his work to me the way Dr. Anatoly did neither has anyone EVER stayed back to take care of my problem.
Thank you Dr. Anatoly and stuff. Keep up the wonderful work you were meant to do.

Had such a great experience here! Everyone is super nice. The wait wasn’t even long at all to be seen. Very knowledgeable. They also gave me a free toothbrush, travel sized toothpaste, and travel sized floss :) very nice of them. Will be coming back in 6 months!

Everything was great except waiting time. It's better to call in advance before your visit and update your appointment time according to the waiting line. However Anatoly Bartov makes a good and trustful impression as well as his employees.

I’ve been looking for a good dentist in my area and found Dr. Bartov’s office last year. My insurance at the time was not accepted but now with my husband’s new insurance, we were finally able to go here. The wait time was no more than 5 minutes. All staff were highly professional and genuine. Facility is completely clean. Dr. Bartov himself was very friendly and took his time to explain the work being done. Overall it was a very pleasant experience that was worth the wait :)

I waited over an hour and a half to be seen, during which time another individual who came in significantly later than me was seen first (the receptionist shrugged her shoulders at my concern/questions). I was actually surprised at the poor customer service considering my first appointment went pretty okay. When I was finally brought into the room I waited another half an hour and still no doctor. I left after waiting over 2 hours. I most definitely will not be coming back.
