Dr. Andrew Ericksen is a Holladay native who attended Olympus High School and graduated with honors from the University of Utah. He later attended Creighton University School of Dentistry. In 2011 he graduated from the Whitecap Institute for Implant Dentistry residency course. His professional associations include membership in the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the American Academy for Implant Dentists. Dr. Ericksen lives in Holladay with his wonderful wife Liz and his three daughters, Gwen, Kate and Emma. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Ericksen loves to hike, ski, play basketball, and follow local sports.
