As an extremely anxious person I would have sooner given birth again then to go to the dentist. But it became unavoidable when I could barely eat on one side. I made an apt with Dr. Gaertner and from the first confirmation call with Millie from X-rays with Gracie to my consultation with Dr. Gaertner I was treated kindly and with compassion. Dr. Gaertner is kind, calm, compassionate... he explained everything so I would know exactly what was going on and what need to be done. During the procedure he was calming and efficient. I have always been extremely anxious about the dentist but Dr. Gaertner and his team made me feel comfortable and I am excited to get on track with a healthy smile!!!

Dr. Gaertner was born and raised in Antwerp, Belgium. Having a father as one of the leading dentists of his country, he was exposed to high quality dental care from a very early age. This played a major role in the development of his personal passion and knowledge in dentistry.
After high school graduation he went to attend Nova Southeastern University in Florida where he completed his Bachelors of Science in Biology, followed by his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) degree. Dr. Gaertner started practicing dentistry in the Southeast Florida area, followed by three years in his home country. He is now expanding his expertise as a Cosmetic and Family General Dentist in Miami.
The drive to guarantee the highest quality of care and to constantly grow is the force behind the attendance of multiple national and international continuing education courses and local study clubs. Dr. Andy Gaertner is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Super Series Seminar Study Club, as well as a board member of the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.
Dr. Gaertner also believes in complete health and balances his time with outdoor activites, proper diet and continuous exercise. He enjoys the diverse musical vibe and cultural art that South Florida has to offer.
Patient satisfaction, comfort, cosmetic excellence, and quality of care are Dr. Gaertner’s main priorities. He believes all patients should be treated like family. Dr Gaertner was very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that was going to happen in detail. The office was very clean and nice, waiting room even has nice soothing music. Arrived at 4pm and there was no wait, just filling out new patient paperwork.
