Very bad experience
I booked an appointment and it was confirmed by the clinic. They even called me two days before to confirm it.
I drove a long distance to get there, only to find out that the clinic was closed.
When I called them, they told me that my appointment was for tomorrow, not today, even though I have a confirmation email and it was also confirmed by phone.
On top of that, they put me on hold instead of solving the issue.
This is a complete waste of time and very unprofessional.
If you don’t value your time, go to a place that is poorly managed.
? I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

The office called to reschedule my appointment twice; asking if I could come in the morning or early afternoon instead of my 4:00pm time slot. I told them I didn't have PTO and couldn't come in any earlier. It seems to me if the doctor doesn't want to want to work "late," then he shouldn't offer "late" appointment slots.
