Dr. Ishak is a really good doctor. She is always so nice and cares about her patients. I never liked going to the dentist but she makes you feel as comfortable and relaxed as much as she can. Keep up the good work Jefferson Dental.

Had my appt at 4 , waited around 3hrs !! Ater a long wait they brought me insidee and the nurse hurted my mouth ! But shes very communicative nice & friendly

Angela was fine. What was not fine was the hour and fifteen minute wait time, the fact that they didn't communicate the reason for the delay (there was only one dentist,) and instead blamed it on my insurance site being down, which was not true, (i called my issuance to confirm.) I felt disrespected and as though my time was completely inconsequential. I would have walked out, if my husband had not already taken time off work to watch the baby.
