It was my first visit. Best customer care service ever! Chris at the front desk was so sweet and amazing. Dr Matt is the best and went above and beyond to make me super comfortable as I was nervous during my operation. He explained the entire process and even readjusted the process to fit my needs. Dr. Matt, I appreciate your knowledge and expertise.. especially with the tough decision making but I left your office trusting that you have the best treatment for me. I want to say thank you for you bedside manners and patience with my emotional breakdown.
I also want to close out with the great professionalism and customer service received from Kristian. She explained all of the payment options available for services and explained the details of my dental benefits. She was the icing on the cake to this office!! I will definitely recommend Dr. Matt and his team at URBN Dental.

This is honestly one of the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Matt is quick and effective. My dental hygienist Redi was on top of it and last but definitely not least is Kris Who helped talk me through everything as well as spoke to my dad to help him understand what was going to be worked on in my mouth. This is the best experience I’ve ever had going to the dentist in my entire life.

The staff was friendly and punctual. Dr Mate is awesome and gave me plenty of tips for oral hygiene. Reti was my hygienist and she was gentle and thorough. I highly recommend!!
