Dr Danas is a certified dentist who has been practicing since 1986. He is a General Dentist who is versed in all aspects of dentistry, including but not limited to dental emergencies, restoration of tooth decay, root canal, crown and bridge, dentures, Invisalign, and implant restorations.
Dr Danas graduated from Columbia University in 1978, attended the P.A. program in surgery at New York Hospital Cornell Medical College from 1980 to 1982, and graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1986.
Dr Danas is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Ninth District Dental Society, and The American Society of Forensic Odontologists.
During his college years, Dr Danas worked as a Paramedic for the Emergency Medical Services of the City of New York. He was also trained as a Forensic Odontologist by the Department of Defense in 1998, and served with the Medical Examiners Office of the City of New York after September 11th performing dental identifications of World Trade Center victims. He also assists in forensic identifications with the New York State Police and the Orange County Medical Examiners Office. Additionally, Dr Danas is also actively involved with his Church.
