I am so happy I found Dr. LoPresti. I was searching for a family dentist on Staten Island to bring my kids to who took my insurance and ZocDoc made it so easy to find someone who I could easily confirm sees children, has great credentials, office hours and location that fit my needs, etc. I work in healthcare and I could tell that the office staff was all well trained in customer service. They were very accommodating and professional, and kept me well informed. Dr. LoPresti was also very professional and had a very calming demeanor which was helpful for my children who were initially afraid to go to the dentist. He explained everything he was doing to them before he did it in a concise way that they could understand and put them at ease. The tech was excellent as well and great with the kids. I very much appreciated the doctor and staff helping me find an orthodontist who takes my insurance at the end of the visit. I ended up making an appointment for myself in his Manhattan office which is near where I work. Thank you!

Dr. C Anthony LoPresti is a graduate of Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. At graduation he received awards in both Oral Surgery and Restorative Dentistry. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Wagner College in Staten Island. He received his teaching certification for secondary schools. His science major was biology with minors in chemistry and physics.
Dr. LoPresti graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wagner College. He received his Masters in Science from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, Institute of Human Nutrition (2001). His thesis for the Master Degree involved research to help treat patients with TMJ disorders.
He is currently an Instructor at Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery and an Assistant in Oral Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital, an affiliate of Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, and Cornell Medical School. He was Section Chief in the Center of Craniomandibular Disorders in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, which he founded, at Staten Island Hospital. Many times patients suffer from headaches, ear pain, and a variety of head an neck symptoms associated with their TMJ problem. There are many conservative non-surgical treatments that can help these patients.
Dr. LoPresti has been practicing for over 35 years.

Dr. LoPresti and the entire office staff were incredible. This was such a refreshing appointment compared to my last few dentists. Dr. LoPeesti was kind and gentle but thorough in my cleaning. He took time to communicate with me about my teeth and his opinion but with a companion like and caring attitude. He was efficient and clearly cares about his patients! I'm so happy I found a Dentist I can continue to see!
