They were GREAT with my 3.5 year old son! So kind and gentle. He loved it, despite getting 2 cavities filled! The dental assistant was amazing and even sang to my son. He didn't shed one tear and keeps asking me when can he go back!

Dr. Arezo Zarghouni began her interest in dentistry at the early age of 16. She attended the Michael Debakey High School for the Health Professions. She took an introductory course on dentistry during her junior year and realized that dentistry would be her future career path. She graduated high school Cum Laude in 1993 and decided to pursue her dream from that moment. In 2002 she graduated the University of Texas Dental Branch-Houston. Dr. Zarghouni since then has been in practice and has been a member of the ADA( American Dental Association), TDA(Texas Dental Association) and GHDS( Greater Houston Dental Society). In 2012 she was selected as one of America's Top Dentists. Dr. Zarghouni loves general dentistry because it allows her to provide a wide range of services to her patients of all ages. She has completed numerous hours of training in cosmetics, implants and sedation dentistry. Her extensive training's have allowed her to provide excellent dentistry in a relaxing environment.

The staff at the front desk are super nice and attentive. The wait for the dentists was a while and then it was even longer once i was seated in the exam chair. The dentist acted as the hygienist, assistant and doctor since its such a small private practice. I think thats what the long wait is about. The dentist is not overly friendly but decent bedside manner. Overall, it wasn't bad.

I felt more like a task being worked on than a patient being cared for. I was given almost no warning or explanation about what was happening, I was simply issued directions to open my mouth or close it. Many times during my visit I was left alone in the room for ten or twenty minutes with no explanation. It was very unsettling to feel so left out of the loop on what was going on with my mouth.
When Dr Zarghouni was cleaning my teeth she often broke eye contact with what she was doing to talk to one of the staff, yet the tool kept buzzing away on my teeth. This only reinforced the feeling that I wasn't really very important to them.
While I think Prestigious Smiles has some capable staff and what appears to be top of the line technology, overall they felt more than a bit careless with how they conducted the appointment.

The staff was great but the wait time had taken forever. I went to do a cleaning but they ended up just doing my xrays which is understandable. I would like to go again but the wait time has deterred me from going again, especially since that was just for my xrays.

Waiting period was a bit long but the dentist and all the office employees were absolutely delightful. The ambiance of the office was really relaxing and the staff were extremely friendly. They didn't pressure patients or scare patients into thinking their teeth are going to fall off if they don't get certain procedures done - everything was explained thoroughly including payment information. They go as far as to printing how much recommended procedures would cost with and without insurance. Overall, it was a great trip to the dentist!

Nice staff, clean, high tech office. Doctor Zarghouni has a great bedside manner, personable and explained all of my treatment well. My treatment was painless and I didn't even feel the shots. Awesome office.

Friendly staff and clean facility. Dr. Zarghouni is a caring dentist and her assistant Jennifer is very helpful. I was so impressed when the doctor gave me a post op call. I highly recommend her and this office.

I felt very relaxed. Dr Zarghouni explains everything and is gentle. She was great with my kids. Her assistant Jennifer was informative and her office manager Chris gave me several payment options. I highly recommend them because they are very accomodating.
