Still waiting to be seen. Been here since 1030a and its 233p. Told appointments do not matter, only used to limit how many walk ins to be seen for the day. Like really?!?

The only issue is the wait. They don’t respect the times of scheduled appointments... they have a first come, first served system. My appointment was at 10AM, I got there at 9:50. Another patient had her appointment at 12PM but was seeing before me cause she got there at 9:45 AM.

My 4 year old had nerve damage from a fall when she was 1 and her front tooth was rotting and turning color. Directly after her x rays were done Dr. Arshia examined her and was ready in an instance (of course with my consent) to act. She had her tooth pulled and didn’t even realize what happened until it was done and we were home. I could not be happier with his service and his special care of my little princess. Not to mention the fact that he listened to all of my concerns and took the time to address them all. Great service!

The office is located on 82nd Street in Jackson Heights - steps from the 7 train subway station. I had to wait an hour to be seen due to the fact that I’m a new patient and the office needed to confirm the status of my dental insurance. The waiting room is comfortable and based on others waiting with me - it’s a family centered place. Dr. Golian and his assistants Millie and Gloria were very attentive. I was so happy to have my teeth cleaned! And I received two free toothbrushes. Brush and floss daily is my mantra.

Well worth the long wait time. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, and have neglected my teeth for years because of it, but this doctor puts me at ease. The office is very basic, and the wait to see the doctor can easily be over an hour, but once in to see him, he works quickly and explains everything so that you understand all that is happening. My first appointment he even gave me a number to reach him after hours in case I had any trouble (thankfully I didn't need it). I've been back to see him a couple more times since to continue my treatments. He's definitely my new regular dentist.

I took my two kids for a visit ages 4 & 8. From the moment we walked in we had an excellent experience the employee at the front desk, the assistants to the dentist and the especially the dentist were all helpful and kind! The dentist walked my children through every step he was taking so they wouldn’t be fearful and answers each and everyone of my questions !i left the facility and immediately sent the business card to two of my friends with young children !

Really nice and helpful staff. Dr. Arshia was very reassuring that I’d be treated with care. He didn’t over work my teeth and knew just how to treat me in my dental condition. The nurses were also super caring and helpful. Love this place just hate the wait time. But, I don’t mind waiting if it means I’ll be in good hands!

I came in for an emergency he had to refer me to a specialist so I can get my tooth pulled but I would go back to him for work with my teeth. Waiting wasn’t too bad it was a holiday when I came so I ain’t mind. But in all he seems really good and I’ll be coming back

Dr. Golian is friendly, knowledgable and professional. His "bedside manner" is casual and very chill which put me immediately at ease. I recommend him without reservation. The only downside is that you probably will have to wait to be seen. I had three scheduled appointments and for whatever reason had to wait at least an hour to be seen each time.
