I was impressed! I had a dental emergency for which Dr. Khater performed exceptional care while utilizing state of the art medical equipment to assist her in thoroughly evaluating the situation. With her dedicated, caring approach, and non-rushed attention to my dental needs, I was completely at ease while receiving the required care. Dr. Khater is blessed with gifted hands and eyes and uses them in providing patients with exemplary dental care. I am pleased to be a patient of Dr. Khater. She provides professional services. Dr. Asmahan Khater is a caring and diligent dentist and prosthodontist serving the community of Wayne, NJ. Dr. Khater attended New York University, where she earned her dental degree. She completed her residency in prosthodontics at the same institution.
Dr. Khater is a Clinical Assistant Professor At NYU College of Dentistry and part of Wayne Hills Dental. She is an active member of the American College of Prosthodontists. She was recognized by New York University, College of Dentistry for her excellence in prosthodontics teaching in 2011 and also received the Alumni Association Prosthetic award for proficiency in removable prosthodontics in 2009.
Dr. Khater welcomes patients who speak English, Spanish, and Arabic. Her awareness of these different languages makes her accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. She sees patients for dental and prosthodontist follow ups and consultations, cleaning, and emergencies, as well as other common and specialized reasons.
