It was a good experience. I would recommend booking earlier because later times get super busy. I had to wait for two hours in between my root canal procedure, just to get it done and in total spent 4 hours a couple minutes for a procedure that was just meant to be 2 hours according to them.

When I went in, I had "perfect, beautiful teeth" according to the doctor. When I refused a fluoride treatment because I'm allergic, she shamed me. Then, all of a sudden, my x-rays were no longer perfect. I had EIGHT cavities that she couldn't show me on my x-ray (not that I'd know what I was looking at, but she actually just showed me my teeth with a wand-type camera that had a filter on it). I went for a second opinion elsewhere. Surprise, I have no cavities, and I have saved quite a chunk of change.

Check-in was easy, no quizzing at the desk at all after completing forms on zocdoc and online.
The hygienist was very thorough in cleaning, did an awesome job and very friendly too.
The x-ray tech was nice and friendly.
The dentist was nice and friendly.
Nice equipment for the whole mouth X-ray, no insert, not bothering your mouth at all taking x-ray.

SHE IS SO KIND - i am so scared of needles and she gave me a weighted blanket and stress balls to relax. Extremely attentive to make sure I was not feeling any pain. Best dentist i have ever had.

A+ experience from start to finish. As a first time patient, I was dreading I’d have tons of forms to fill out, but it was a quick web app that took less than 5 minutes. Facilities are state of the art and clean. The hygienist and dentist were both efficient and warm, and nobody tried to sell me anything! I hope they’ll keep me as a patient as long as I have teeth and gums!

A lot of people are afraid of something. it just so happens that dental work is my “something,” and it’s not really for the reason most might think—i’m actually a bit obsessive about cleaning my teeth, and i’ve been commended for my dental hygiene. turns out illness (and meds and night grinding) can decay teeth, regardless.
making an appointment is easy, and i should have done so sooner.
but how could I when the thought of laying back in the vinyl-laid reclining chair—-just uncomfortable enough to make it an inconvenience to roll around—-mouth open and wide for a stranger to stick their tools in my mouth and poke and drill and pick and clean, triggers psychosomatic tremors and irrational crying. the water pick experience? gentle cleaning, but sent me into a thousand-yard-staring contest with the tv mounted on the ceiling.
they worked with my drama well. i appreciate it. :)

The overall experience for cleaning was good. The only issue I observed, which is also with all other providers that it is always Dental Hygienist come to clean the teeth not the Doctor with whom we book the appointment and at the end of appointment any Doctor (Not always the same with whom appointment is booked) shows up just to cover themselves, which is ethically doesn’t feel right. If you only want Hygienist to do the cleaning work, show an option to book an appointment with that Hygienist not Doctor. This is industry problem, not particular to any healthcare provider.

Very cute and clean area with super sweet employees. They told me everything they were going to prior to it happening. The dentist was super sweet. Talked about everything that she’ll be doing. Also kept checking on me when cleaning my teeth. As a new patient I do really like this place.

This was by far the best dental experience I have ever experienced in my 35+ years of remembering the dentist.
Not going to say I’m “excited” to go back, as it is a dentist after all, but I will have no hesitations in keeping up with my dental plan.
