I went there for a routine cleaning. I haven't been to the dentist in a while due to me moving and trying to find a good dentist in the area. She was very gentle, which was nice. She was very thorough and took her time. I actually loved that she did the cleaning and not the hygienist, I never had a dentist do that. The receptionist was great also, I filled out forms via iPad and it was just smooth and quick. I will definitely go back to her and use her as my new primary dentist.

This was the best dental experience i ever had. I have been petrified of the dentist since I had a bad experience and the minute I told Dr. Arefian about my fears she made her first priority making me comfortable and totally understand all my fears.
Her goal was for me to feel more positively about dental visits and she did that and more. The staff is also great, great team of people HIGHLY recommended !

Dr. Arefian completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University.
She then became a Dental Hygienist and worked for two years prior to earning her Doctrate of Dental Medicine at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She attended a one year residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. She has been serving the NJ/NY Metropolitan area since 1999. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, NJ Dental Association and Bergen County Dental Association.
Dr. Arefian continually updates her clinical skills and knowledge with numerous hours of continuing education including Cosmetic
Dentistry. Dr. Arefian passionately cares for her patients and strives to educate and help them achieve optimal oral health. For leisure she takes the time to enjoy long walks in nature, swim, and spend time with her family and friends.

Great experience! The staff was extremely nice and friendly. I was seen right away. I was there for a cleaning and it had been a while, she explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this office!
