The dentist model that all other dentists offices should follow. Everyone handles their duties like professionals ,even on Saturday mornings. Dr. Bazazzadeh and staff communicate well while working. They also keep in touch with patient comfort levels the entire time. Thankful for such a great experience.

Dr. Bazazzadeh was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable, detailed, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I fully understood my treatment. You can tell she truly knows what she’s talking about and genuinely cares about her patients.
The office is very clean and well-organized, and the entire staff provided excellent service from start to finish. I felt comfortable, respected, and well taken care of throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Cascada Dental Spa! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The atmosphere is calming and professional, which immediately helped ease my nerves.
The doctor was absolutely exceptional non judgmental, reassuring, and incredibly kind. They took the time to thoroughly explain the process and clearly detailed the work I would need done, making sure I understood everything before moving forward. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable.
If you have a fear of the dentist or haven’t seen one in a while and worry about being judged, this is the place to go. You will feel safe, respected, and cared for. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend Cascada Dental Spa!

First appointment I waited for 10 min, then went in for a full set of X-rays, despite having X-rays for a crown placed 7 weeks prior. Trainee was very rough with the X-ray leading to cutting of the roof of my mouth and pain anytime I ate for over a week. After 30 min in the office I was told my cavity would not be filled because it was big and the dentist would need more time but had another patient after me, despite me booking appt for cavity treatment.
I returned 5 days later for my 3pm appointment and was told that a cleaning was needed. I had a cleaning 4 months earlier and they kept pushing & insisting I get a cleaning while saying “You can refuse if you want.” When I asked why it is necessary, the doctor and hygienist responded “It’s just better.” I was told my cavity would be filled at 4pm because the doctor was already busy and that the 3pm appt was for a cleaning, that I wasn’t told about nor requested.
Yelp reviews show a similar theme that I experienced in this office.

I highly recommend and want to give a big thanks to the Cascada dental staff - Dr. Mona, Minseo- dental hygienist, Jennifer who took my x-rays and receptionist- Diana who all provided a welcoming, calming and clean environment and dental experience. Iwas searching for a oral dental provider that was open on weekends since I work weekdays and unable to take some time off to make it to a weekday appointment. I was lucky to find Cascada dental clinic and was able to get a Saturday appointment. Everyone was professional, kind and friendly. This is my new dental place and I highly recommend to all especially if you are looking for Saturday services.

Dr. Mona was an angel. Her entire staff was so kind and welcoming, from the receptionists to the dental assistant to the dental hygienist, everyone was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Mona and her staff truly care about the patients they serve, it is so evident in their attitudes and actions. I have a dental history full of painful cavities and sensitive teeth, so dental visits always give me horrible panic. Dr. Mona and her staff put me completely at ease and took my concerns very seriously — not once was I brushed off or minimized. The dental hygienist Maryam was also heaven-sent. She was so polite, gentle, thorough, and educational. She went out of her way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during the cleaning. The entire visit was smooth and Dr. Mona was extremely prompt on refilling my dental prescription as well. I am so impressed with and grateful for the care I received here. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Mona!

When I arrived to the dentist office, I told the receptionist that I had an appointment with Dr, Mona Bazazzadeh, DDS., but about an hour later when I was called in to be seen, a male DR came and I was told that Dr Mona Bazazzadeh does not work on Saturdays.
