Excellent service level from all staff members. Dr. Denise has a gentile, compassionate bedside manner and approach to her work. Her quiet confidence puts you at ease. My last visit to another area dentist was quite the opposite experience -so I had some apprehension going in. Great visit! Great people! Very competent staff.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. I found it odd that Dr. Hoan didn't take off his mask after examining my mouth because he would then talk to me through his mask and be a little muffled. Dr. Hoan is very concise and professional. I would definitely go back for my dental needs.

Dr. Austin Hoan is amazing. I extracted wisdom tooth and had some fillings. I cannot say how great he is and the nurse is so nice, the clinic is perfectly clean, the office workers were nice and they are honest. They don't tell you do things that you don't need to do just for money like other dentists I've been too. If you are looking for a professional and good dentist then he must be the first choice.

A very good experience; considerate, concerned, took his time explaining the root canal procedure. It's a time consuming proceducre but he never became impatient and was very thorough. I have complete confidence in this dentist.

Austin Hoan, DMD was very considerate and comforting to my fear of dental work. I did not think I would find a dentist who would treat me well with my fears, as my previous dentist treated me well. , until Austin Hoan. I did not even feel discomfort when he injected me with medicine in my gums to reduce my pain. I would recommend Austin Hoan to anyone. Thanks Austin.

I have had the good fortune of knowing Doctor Hoan for about 12 years.He is a wonderful dentist .My wife and I have so many good things to say about him,it would take up a written volume of space .He is the only dentist that has ever had my full confidence.
I love him like a son and a friend.I wish my own children had the humanity that Dr.Austin does.I might add that he has married a wonderful woman,who also compliments him as a dentist.We are very fortunate to have been in his life all these years.Roger Gordon

Doctor Austin (and Dr. Denisse, too) are the best! Besides being gentle and understanding, he has a fun personality and along with his staff can make a painful time so much easier!
He even called a few days later to see how I was doing after my procedure. He and his wife are above and beyond your average dentist.

Today I saw Mrs. Hoan ,DMD . These two DMDs are the best!!! I am very qualified to say that because believe me when I tell you I have been to the WORST. Thank you both for having so many nice and wonderfully expert employees in your office. All of you honestly make it a Pleasant visit to the Dentist!!!! I never thought I could say that but THANKS TO ALL OF YOU...I would and will highly recommend Mr. and Mrs. Hoan DMDs to anyone and everyone.

I was very happy with the service and how detail the check up was. The staff is very courteous and very accommodating. They are quick and efficient. For example the person at the counter remembered that my husband was due for visit next week and she sent the paper work to be filled out so he dint lose time when he came for his visit. I will definitely recommend them
