“I have no complaints. I absolutely loved the warmth and professionalism that was shown. I felt welcomed and valued. The wait was literally 5-10 minutes. They should make that 5 stars cause right away is a crazy expectation. I laughed a lot during this appointment and that put me at ease—not a big fan of dental appointments. Dr. Moncrieffe and her staff were top tier. I was able to get my initial work completed because she was so flexible and that was greatly appreciated. I would recommend her practice to anyone. Thank you so much. ”

About Dr. Maxine Moncrieffe
Dr. Maxine N. Moncrieffe earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, Iowa City, IA, in 1996. She then completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Saint Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, NY. Following her residency, she returned to Iowa to practice General and Pediatric dentistry as a faculty dentist at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. During her tenure at Broadlawns, Dr. Moncrieffe was also appointed as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Iowa.
In 1999, Dr. Moncrieffe relocated to Orlando, Florida, where she worked in a pediatric dental practice for a year. Committed to providing the highest level of contemporary, comprehensive, and compassionate dental care, she established her own practice in Orlando in 2000.
Dedicated to staying current and proficient with leading-edge dentistry, Dr. Moncrieffe has incorporated some of the most advanced dental technology and techniques into her practice. She regularly participates in continuing education and advanced training courses throughout the country.
Dr. Moncrieffe holds professional affiliations with the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. She treats the entire family with a strong emphasis on long-term health through patient education.
Dr. Moncrieffe is married to Andrew Baylis, and they have four children: Kimberly, Makenzie, Matthew, and Maxwell. When away from the office, she enjoys life’s little pleasures in shaping the hearts and minds of her young family.

Absolutely amazing experience! From the wait time, to the ease of accepting my insurance , the staff was friendly , informative , and super supportive . As someone who hadn’t gone to the dentist in a while, I felt so comfortable with the process and next steps. This is my new doctor !

I would recommend the dentist I saw, however, wouldn't recommend booking an appointment with Zocdoc. The office had no idea about my appointment. Disappointed because I see a lot of doctors so I thought Zocdoc would be easy.

The appointment was for my niece, however, Dr Moncrieffe explained everything including the reasons for her recommendations. Her DA, Ms Marlene was great and knowledgeable as well. They made a great team.

My appt with the Dr went well. My disappointment was when I was told they didn't show me as having an appt. Since I scheduled my appt online with ZocDoc a week, before the receptionist said she didn't show me having an appt. So of course I had to fill all the paperwork out again. Anyway lesson learned. I won't schedule another appt online through ZocDoc.

I felt like I was being scammed. I came in for a "teeth cleaning" however, they would not perform this service because they recommended something more "in depth."

The staff was very friendly and informative. They helped me lay out a plan in order to get my issues on track to health. I had not been to a dentist in many years and at the end of the visit I was pleased I picked Dr. Moncrieffe.

This Dr. changed my whole outlook on dentists! She is professional, knowledgeable, and also a nice person, but most importantly my cleaning was painless. Her staff is kind and knowledgeable as well. It's a far drive from Melbourne, FL but for this level of service it's worth the trip!
