Dr. Gong earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Columbia University. While at Columbia, she was distinguished among her peers, receiving the Pierre Fauchard Academy Award for outstanding and dedicated service to dentistry. Dr. Gong furthered her training and completed a rigorous three year residency in the specialty of Prosthodontics at the prestigious University of California, San Francisco.
Apart from her work with patients, Dr. Gong is a clinical instructor at University of the Pacific (UOP), Dugoni School of Dentistry. Her experience as an educator also includes having instructed other dentists in dental implants, researched at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Advanced Prosthodontics Research Lab, and presented at the Greater New York Dental Meeting. She is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Francisco Dental Society and American College of Prosthodontics and regularly attends ACP meetings, Pacific Coast conferences, and other continuous-learning opportunities to stay ahead with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Dr. Gong is one of the best dentists I have been to. It was easy, fast and least painful visit I have had in a long time. She explained everything clearly so that there was no confusion and gave me a lot more detail that I had in the past about the condition of my teeth. Overall great visit.

After leaving a voice message for the office I was pleasantly surprised when later that same evening my call was returned by the Dr herself! She took the time to call me & answer my questions as well as ask me a few things so that she could have an idea of my needs and know me better prior to the appointment we had the following day. Just a simple act of kindness goes a long way and I feel says a lot about her as a person and a professional .. She's top notch!

I'm very satisfied and would and have recommended friends/family to Dr. Gong. I know she cares about her patients, I have a somewhat complicated case and she took the time to talk to me on the phone when I had other questions I forgot to ask her during my visit. None of my other dentist has ever taken the time as she has to make sure things are done properly. I can't recommend her enough.

Dr Gong is very professional and very accurate at doing things as complete and comfortable for her patients while at the same time training someone. She is very good at explaining procedures to you and why they are necessary to your treatment plan. Her explanations of procedures and billing and payment plans are given in great detail and with all your questions answered in a timely yet non rushed and always willing to answer any and every question asked. She also has real interest in the patient as a person and not just as another patient. I would recommend Dr. Gong to anybody who needs and wants to receive personable, caring, efficient, well managed, professional dental work done. I believe she is worth the work done and the payments. Don't bother to look any further, Dr. Gong is the one who you will be thankful to with your beautiful smile after all the work.

I would say Dr. Gong is the best dentist I have ever met although I have seen no more than 5 dentists. English is not my native language but she's patient enough to slow down and make everything clear. Regarding the tooth treatment, I can feel that she takes my health condition very serious. Best dentist ever!

The location was easy to find, just across from the cupertino library. The office was very clean. I arrived on time and didn't have to wait before being brought back to the exam room. The exam was thorough. Dr Gong answered my questions and concerns about my treatment. She gave me treatment plan options and let me decide what I want to do. The work done was perfect. My teeth felt much better immediately. I have already recommended Dr Gong to my friends.

I saw Dr. Gong for a consult after being told I needed a crown from my previous dentist. Dr. gong spent time to evaluate and answer all my questions. She gave me the options and discussed the pros and cons of each. Her office is also very clean, friendly and helpful. She even took a photo of my tooth and showed me on her TV screen in front of my chair!
