I had not been to the dentist in over 10 years and was extremely nervous about going back. The second I walked in I felt a tremendous weight lift off my shoulders. The office is extremely clean and everyone was so friendly and professional. It made me feel so comfortable. I look forward to my return visit.

Every year Invisalign conducts a contest among all Invisalign providers. Out of thousands of participants, Dr. Ahn was selected as a semi-finalist in 2017 Invisalign Summit.
Dr. Benjamin S. Ahn received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from NYU and a General Practice Residency from Lutheran Medical Center. Dr. Ahn is active with charities in his community in Manhattan, and a charitable Christian Organization (Dorcas Medical Missions). He is the winner of 2006 Bank of America "Neighborhood Champions" for his outstanding community work. He is a member of American Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, New York Dental Second District Society.

I'm thankful to find such a knowledgeable pain specialist- after a lifetime of jaw/alignment issues and years of orthodontics, my first consultation with Dr. Ahn was surprisingly illuminating. He took one look at my bite and knew exactly how my history was impacting my current condition and pain. Also #blessed that my insurance completely covers appointments. Warm and welcoming front desk staff, which is always a plus. My only regret is that I didn't seek him out sooner!

I went in for a check-up and cleaning. I spent most of the time with the assistant but she was very knowledgeable and answered most of my questions before the dentist arrived. I have sensitive gums and wish the cleaning had been more gentle but appreciate that the assistant was thorough. I also filled in my documents beforehand but the office had switched over to a new system and none of my patient history/insurance information had saved. It was a bit annoying to fill out the documents again but the staff was nice and apologized for the inconvenience. All in all, I would return for a second visit.

Firstly Dr Ahn was wonderful and had a lovely bedside manner. I would not hesitate to reccomend him.
The front desk staff member I had the misfortune of encountering was the worst I have ever experienced. She was patronizing, aggressive and obnoxious as well as just plain inept at her job. I could never even consider coming back based on such a terrible front desk experience. I left almost in tears.
It is a true shame because it otherwise seems like a lovely practice let down by one completely unacceptable front desk staff member.

Dr. Ahn was very nice and very informative - entire visit to this office was exceptional! The front desk staff was the most polite I think I have ever encountered at any doctor's office.
Service was quick (minimal wait time), professional, and hospitable. Office is very nice as well.

Very professional. Dr Ahn made sure to keep me informed of each step and his staff made me aware of cost prior to taking any actions. They use the latest tech which also a plus. Going back in a few weeks for a follow up. I've already recommended a few people!

I think he's on of the best if not the best dentists in Manhattan as well as his nurse daiana she was sweat and professional , went for wisdoms tooth problem, unbelievably smooth and painless operation, got it out in no time, and he also played my faviourt album , which made me feel less stress and chilling.

From the receptionist who welcomed me to the practice, to the Assistant, to Dr. Ahn himself, my whole experience was great. The reception area and the office are attractive, clean, and up to date. Dr. Ahn not only took care of my problem quickly and professionally, he actually stayed after the appointment to chat for a few minutes. This made the care seem personal, and I did not feel rushed in and out of the office.

Very sophisticated office with a type of x-ray machine I've never seen. Looks like a giant egg that opens and closes over your head while you bite down on this narrow tab. Regardless, I think the whole staff was exceptional and they work well with my insurance.

I had a chipped tooth and was referred to Dr. Ahn by a colleague. He was amazing! He clearly laid out all of my options and we decided together what would work best for me. It looks exactly the same as it did before it was chipped. The office was clean and modern and the staff was super friendly. A truly pleasant experience. I'll be going to Dr. Ahn for all of my dental work going forward.

After avoiding the dentist for sometime I finally decided to find one, was able to schedule an appointment on the same day (5-11-15), had a less than 30 minute wait time. Offices are modern, clean, and cozy. Staff professional and friendly. Recommended my boyfriend but they do not accept his insurance...super disappointment, will certainly return. Extractions are done offsite also a disappointment for a fearful patient such as myself. All in all great find!

Dr. Ahn was great. He explained exactly what the problem was and how best to take care of it. He worked very patiently with his technician (who obviously was new to this work and needed guidance) in carrying out the procedure. The extraction was done very professionally and I felt no discomfort at any stage. He also explained what were the next possible options available and the possible implications.
I shall be visiting DR. Ahn again for a follow up and look forward to it.
P.S. Before the procedure was carried out, I was told how much it would cost me out of pocket and only after I said it was ok that the Dr. Ahn went ahead with the procedure.

Dr. Ahn and his staff are very kind and bright.
I had x-rays, and it was really fast and easy. Also I had filling and cleaning treatment. I am very satisfied with him!
However, I was curious about my treatment cost but couldn't hear details exactly what was being.

I was referred to Dr. Ahn by a friend who claimed that Dr. Ahn is "the best dentist ever!" It's been several years since I wen to the dentist, because let's be honest... Doctors visits rank right above bying life insurance on the list of activities no one wants to participate in. Despite that, this checkup was the best experience I've ever had at a doctors office. The staff was super friendly, beautiful office bathed in natural sunlight, and Dr. Ahn took the time to address all my concerns and educate me on my teeth.

Great place, very clean and state of art technology. Dentists are super nice, Dr. Ahn is the best, usually I don't like going. Painless and fast. Gets the job done without the discomfort you can't ask for anything else! Plus, he is the nicest dentist ever... Also past dentists were gone to often tell me I have cavities even though I don't think it is true. The dentists here are honest! :)
