Simply outstanding service! The entire staff is very friendly, courteous and professional! Every procedure was explain and the dental treatment was completed with ease as the staff ensured that I was very comfortable. Of particular note was the dental assistant Rebecca, who made sure that I understood what would be covered during my visit. In addition, Julie the hygienist was simply the best in further taking care of my dental treatment. It is truly a pleasure to see Dr. Patel for each visit as he provides a complete summary of the state of my dental hygiene. I wouldn't go anywhere else for dental treatment. Finally, the reception staff really rolls out the welcome mat and greets every patient with a pleasant smile!

First time being on time!! Loved the person who cleaned my teeth actually got some teeth fixed that day instead of having to make anther appt very happy love the new office

I have no complain at all. Treatment has been quite professional with friendly manner by both doctor and also dental assistant. Although doctor's time seems rather limited, I appreciate very much dental assistant takes time out to assist to explain tooth condition and recommendation on future plan.
Smile at front desk also very comforting as I walk in always quite nervous.

The dental hygienist are usually right on time & Dr. Patel comes in shortly thereafter. If you are doing Invisalign, be sure to confirm that your visit will be with Dr. Patel & be aware the length of your visit. Some are in and out with trays in hand, other visits may be adjustments that can take up to an hour. I have only had one negative incident in his office recently, and it was not with a member of HIS staff. So, again, make sure you are seeing Dr. Patel :)

All the staff was very professional and courteous especially Dr. Patel. Will continue to receive all my dental care from Neibauer Dental at Cosners Corner. Highly recommend them!

The Cosner Corner Office staff is always friendly and cordial, making sure to welcome each person as the come thru the door. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Patel and his staff have my vote of confidence.
