Very kind, and efficient. Equipment seemed a little bit old, but they had everything they would need, from multiple X-rays to cleaning equipment.

Dr. Bichngoc Nguyen graduated from University of Texas Health Science Center-Dental Branch in Houston and has practiced general dentistry since the year 2000. Dr. Nguyen has opened private dental practice Alpha Dentist since 2004. Along with other associate dentists, we provide a variety of dental services including dental x-rays images and examination, dental cleaning, treatment for gum diseases, tooth fillings, root canal treatment, crown and bridge restoration, removable partial and complete dentures, extractions, braces for children and teenagers, dental implants and restoration.

Since it was my first time in the office it took an extremely long time for them to process my insurance. I thought it odd that my appointment was for 10am, and since they don't open until 10 no one was there....the dentist literally walked in at 10am and the other staff trickled in.
Anyway, I was there first but 3 other patients were seen and sent on their way while I waited an hour and a half.
The hygienist I had was nice enough.
The dentist was too.
I do plan on going back and hope it won't take as long since insurance is now in their system.
