The staff was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, this is not the place to go to if you’re looking for a regular cleaning. This place is more of a spa than anything else. I was there for two hours and they took several… SEVERAL pictures of my teeth with a lot of different tools and did x-rays. All to end the visit by listing out (heavy price removed per guidelines) worth of dental work they recommended me after I had a heart-to-heart with two of the physicians about all the medical/financial issues I’ve been having. They would not outright agree to only do my basic standard cleaning which is covered by my insurance and it felt like I couldn’t leave until a decision was made. I really wanted to like this place but I can’t afford their care.

Horrible dental experience. My entire visit took 2 1/2 hours. It would have been longer if I didn't express that I had somewhere to be. My gums were scrapped so hard it left a tear in my mouth and swelling. The dental office is money hungry and didn't care about my concerns. I asked to reschedule because I had another appointment. Instead of listening they rushed my cleaning. Because the doctor was so aggressive with my cleaning, I expressed she was hurting me. She decided to put numbing medication on my gums. However, it left my entire mouth numb including my tongue, throat, lips, etc. I felt like I was choking. I couldn't properly talk which impacted my next appointment. I regained the complete feeling in my mouth 2 hours later. I will never return nor recommend Urbn Dental.

Know your teeth before coming here. My entire life I have been known for having great teeth and have only ever had 1 filling. My routine and habits have not changed and I was concerned because I left with them telling me I needed numerous fillings. I moved to Houston and am trying to find a dentist. Something just doesn’t sit right with me. They were very nice and I appreciated the care they had. I just hav been given different information previously about my teeth and I am uneasy about following through with the treatment they quoted me.

I really liked the staff and office was very clean and efficient, but not knowing my dental history really hindered my experience with the practice. I felt like I was being pushed to 'buy' dental work. Some of my previous dental work was older, but I was not experiencing any problems (sensitivity, changes, bad breath, etc) and I was given a very expensive treatment plan to replace ALL of my dental work. I was told I was a periodontal case and could not have a regular cleaning covered by my insurance, but required a deep cleaning to be paid out of pocket. I have been going to a periodontist for the last 5 years for my cleanings and not been recommended for a deep cleaning or any extenuating treatment. Even though the entire office staff was very professional and friendly, I felt trapped to get the deep cleaning. I consulted several other dentists and was advised that I should have declined the deep cleaning and simply had the regular 6-month, insurance covered cleaning elsewhere.

Different doctors came to meet me. I don’t want to male doctors because they just tell me their opinion don’t listen to my plan I have a bad memory. I know it’s doctors job but It’s my body and my own risk. So I like doctor kindly female doctor please. They listen to exactly my requests . I’m 60 years old I don’t need something for myself. It’s my choice

Very enjoyable experience for the dentist! I was able to have all my questions answered and every step was explained to me very thoroughly which eased my anxiety. Vivi was amazing as well for my hygienist and made me feel very comfortable. I’m very happy I found them as my new dentist!

Highly recommended.. It’s always difficult finding a new dentist when you are new to an area. I found URBN on Zocdoc and decided to give it a shot. The reviews I read on here were true. They are very clean and professional. The office is nice, parking is convenient. Dr.Beshay did my fillings and I couldn’t the happier. Also shout Ana, she does a very good job with staying in contact with my appointments! 10/10 , I will continue to drive from cypress to get this experience.

Xío was wonderful in taking my X-Ray/Photos. Krista is an expert hygienist and walked me through what they were looking at. Dr. Beshay is really knowledgeable and very well explained the best course of action to take. Last but not least, Jennifer was exceptional in explaining to me the cost summary of the procedures.

I am usually really nervous when it comes to going to the dentist but the ladies are absolutely great!! I was not nervous at all. They listened to all my concerns and were very thorough on giving me information on what needed to be done and what was getting done on today. I will definitely be back. Let’s not forget the goody bag you get is so cute. Thank you to Dr. Beshay she is amazing and made sure I was comfortable through out the whole process. Gina the hygienist is very thorough and informative. Azaria is amazing she did my teeth photoshoot and made sure I was comfortable. Noelia set up for Dr. Beshay. Also, Alexis with front desk is very helpful and made the check and payment process very easy. Thank you ladies I left feeling way more confident and excited for my next visit

I have always hated/been scared of the dentist since I was a kid. But this place is absolutely amazing. Michelle (I believe was her name) was so sweet and helped me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Beshay and Viv were both incredibly sensitive and kept checking in with me to make sure I was okay. I've never been to a dentist where they walk you step-by-step through everything they're doing as they're doing it, explain what they see in the x-rays/pictures and what the issues are. Everyone in the office is an absolute angel, and I'm so, so, so happy and thankful I found their office. Thank you so much ladies!

I had an accident and chipped one of my teeth. Dr Dr. Marlyn Beshay and the Dental Assistance did such a great job at fixing me up with a filling! This dental office has been amazing over the years and that’s why I travel from Texas City all the way to Montrose to see them!
